My stay at Wise Hotel & Spa was a mix of highs and lows. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, which made my experience more enjoyable. However, the hotel could really use an update; there were several maintenance issues in my room that detracted from the comfort, and the pool area was quite small. Also, the views could be improved as I had a view of the building site across the street, which was a bit disappointing.
